A graduate from the class of 1967 at Michigan State University and a U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Martsolf received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1972. When Bruce F. Batton, his former partner, gained the position of Eighth Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County in the fall of 2001, Mr. Martsolf elected to bring his expertise in the area of real estate law to our esteemed firm.
In addition to his accomplishments at our practice as a real estate lawyer, Harrisburg PA, attorney Rick Martsolf has gained membership to the the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Dauphin County Bar Association. He has published articles and conducted lectures for the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, the National Business Institute, and the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
Martsolf is married with two sons and is a long-time resident of the Harrisburg area.
