Tracy L. Updike practices bankruptcy law, with an emphasis on both debtor and creditor rights, which she believes gives her well-rounded perspective, and an advantage over her opposition.

She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology with high honors from the PennsylvaniaStateUniversity in 1992 and her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA in 1999. She is currently working on her Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology from the PennsylvaniaStateUniversity.
